Here’s the today’s chart for the C-Fund. As you can see we are now trading above resistance. If the meeting with of the FED goes the way we anticipated (they will not taper) we will be in the right place again. I must add that there’s a small chance that this tapering business has been priced in during the recent dip. If that’s the case, then we will be in the right place anyway.
We are positioned well for an upcoming run. It could be said that we are gambling on the FED not tapering. However, the charts are solid and the majority of fund managers are having a great amount of performance anxiety as they have been caught more than once watching the market leave them behind in 2013. It’s been that kind of year. Disciplined investing has just not worked as it usually does with the market fueled by FED money. The safe practices that normally allowed you to exit the market to save losses and re-enter it after the drop for a nice profit have amounted to no more than lost opportunities. The Fund managers are behind and they know it. They are looking (and hoping) for an opportunity to buy. If they are given that chance by a market friendly FED decision we will be off to the races. Keep praying, for the prayers of a righteous man availeth much. God will bless us if we are faithful. Give Him all the praise! That’s all for tonight. May He continue to bless your trades.
Scott
