The way this market bounces and keeps on going is astounding. I think many traders have gotten so used to it that they just don’t realize that the market used to have corrections deeper than 5-7% before the FED started pumping money into the system. The problem now is that there’s still a lot of idle cash and nowhere better to put it than stocks. So do we fight it? Never fight the pricing action. Ride with it as far as you can, take a few hits, and then get out.  Anything else is pure speculation. If someone you know is calling the top then check to see how many times they have been correct over the past three years….. then after you do that, stay as far away from them as you can get!
